Vet Med Teams are another disaster response role that many people overlook. They work hand-in-hand with ASAR (Animal Search And Rescue) Teams. ASAR & Vet Med won't be roles that we will be staffing right away, but they are teams we'd eventually like to fill out.

A visitor to our profile had a good question: Q: Do you need to be a veteran to join? A: No! Civilians are welcome to join, but are limited to a maximum of 40% of the total membership. This has been added to the FAQ on the website.
