Today is Ms Dianne More's last day before retiring after 50 years of teaching in @YRDSB . She spent 27 in elementary, 23 in secondary and was active in clubs and coaching right up to the end. Her son attended MDHS and worked with her as a teacher! What an amazing career!

He was the head of the Math Department who helped start the Math Clinic to raise our provincial low EQAO marks. Mr Chiu volunteered to run the parent workshop, supported the program and helped it yield the results we see today.

Mr Paul Chiu was a beloved math teacher who retired from Danforth Collegiate many years ago but had an effect on the school and students that lasts to this day.

Gr9 Tech students utilized empathy to design innovative assistive devices in @tinkercad to help someone with a physical disability. A week long iterative engineering process produced one-handed keyboards, grips, custom fit hearing aids and more. @YRDSB

27 of my badminton players attenend my lunch n' learn on Competitive Sports Psychology. Using @PearDeck students were able express their feelings as they developed tools to reduce anxiety and maximize their enjoyment of the upcoming @yraa_news tournament.

From Lego to @tinkercad to Gr9 Tech students created their own 1-bedroom condos to learn about a design process, architecture, and the high cost of housing in Toronto.
