HIP MOBILITY - Four we touched on prior to a field session focusing on tension in the groin and loading rotation of the hips. - Dynamic Groin Drifts, 6 different angles each side.- Figure 4 Contours, 8 reps.- Hip Airplanes, 8 reps.- Kneeling Hip Circles, 5 reps. 2 sets 1-2 a week

It is DISGUSTING to make content to capitalize on someone’s injury to posture your knowledge, training services or an agenda. ALOT of factors go into an injury, many of them being unpredictable and out of the hands of the coaches. Your attempt to discredit just discredit you more.

HIP MOBILITY - A couple set ups we used this week from a seated position exploring internal and external rotation. -Seated Rotational Dip and Pry.-Seated Hip Swivels.-Heel Clicks. 8 reps of each for a set or two should be perfect once or twice a week to add to your warm ups.

HIP MOBILITY - THREE moves to explore rotation of the hips. First one is seated where we can pry a little more having leverage to dive deep into internal rotation. Second is exploring IR rotation from a squat and third is a combo of the figure 4 contour and elevated pigeon.

HIP MOBILITY - Two I recently used together with one of my NFL guys. First being my Hip Flexor Rock Backs loading the hips at length while maintaining a tight core. Second being a Marching Posterior Bridge with a banded pullover with focus being to not let your pelvis rotate.
