This Dry Irish stout is black as the night, dry as a bone. It’s a sessionable 5.5% and pours with a tight pillow tan head and nice red edging in the glass. Easy soft roasted biscuit nose. A silky but light, moorish body. Finishes dry and clean. Very, very easy drinking!

Finally we have made it to 5am folks! A mirror image of our DIPA, “Allen”. It’s the same malt bill, water profile, yeast and hops. What's the difference? By making Nelson the star and Citra the bit-player & Mosaic steers the ship, creating a standout DIPA that ticks all the boxes

The Ferryman is jet black with aromas of dark fruits and smooth caramel. A soft, sweet, silky mouthfeel leads to hints of burnt biscuits, raisin notes and a subtle coffee ending in a bitter dark chocolaty finish.⁣
