Nami w/ 96 MR takes 930 Damage.
Lucian w/ 100 MR takes 924 Damage.
But Lucian had Maw. It activated, but didn't block any damage. Otherwise, he would have had 600+ HP.
Runaan's Hurricane changes:
- Now purchasable by melee champs
- Bolts now have a minimum range of 350
- Bolt damage is now modified by on-hit modifiers (things like Urgot W which have reduced on-hit effectiveness)
Riot has added a new button in League Client on PBE.
Thanks to this you will be able to buy RP quicker.

Okay League of Legends is currently DYING. This patch is something else.
Holes in the maps, plants in the base, dragon maps broken. We have it ALL right now...
Riot just accidentally broke Karthus when buffing him.
When Karthus W is used while he is dead, it grants the ENEMY an insane amount of MR (750 MR at level 1).
Riot might be -530 employees, but at least Karthus grants +750 MR.
Riot has actually shipped INSTANT SURRENDER 'feature' from PBE to the live servers. Yes, you can surrender with 1 vote instantly in game.
This cannot be real... It just can't be...

We will never know if TES would have won this without bug or not. Some say they would, some say they wouldn't. We won't find out.
The only 100% conclusion is: League is a mess. It's a shame that countless bugs are ruining the only truly important international tournament we have

ALL TURRETS have been BUGGED for at least 8+ days.
On Patch 12.14 the Turret shots damage increase happens only once (40%) instead of 3 times (up to 120%). This is absolutely MASSIVE and it already impacted competitive play too.
In DRX vs TES game Gnar uses his Q, but thanks to the boomerang Bug it gets redirected to a completely wrong place and hits Jax. This Bug allowed DRX to eventually kill Jax and secure First Blood.
This bug also happened in LEC in April 2021.
I just played few games of New Arena.
It is AMAZING, 10x more fun than the first one.
Addition of Hexgates really makes this mode.
Zones also end in randomized places.
Countless of crazy augments.
You can revive your teammate after they die.
Well done Riot, really well done.
Worlds 2022 might have been most bugged worlds ever, but you gotta say it: meta this year was great, so many picks being viable and prio picks changing series to series.
Well, maybe except for the cat, but the rest compensated that!
When I was interviewing at Riot in 2017, at the end of the process they asked me what change I would make if I could make one change to League. I said I'd make Amp Tome 400g. They thought I was joking. Six years later, I've made it clear I never joke about Amp Tome
In FNC vs EDG game we got another big bug.
Poppy doesn't get Turret aggro despite attacking Jinx. Turret is just AFK and it's a bug with Ignite.
When someone ignites enemy near turret and then dies, it's likely that his allies attacking that target won't get the turret aggro.
What especially concerns me about new Infernal Rift is the amount of visual clutter added to the game.
1. Your character starts glowing when you pick up 1 infernal cinder, more at 25, at 50 it's REALLY shining.
2. It distracts teamfights.
3. Map is messy.
4. It clutters minimap

"Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the Undo function in shop to lower total mana if biscuits were in the player's inventory."

I love League of Legends.
It has the nicest community, the smoothest client and the best gameplay thanks to the variety of maps and game modes.
And it's absolutely bug free!
Here is the latter part of this clip. Not even Sett R finishes lucian. If he has 500+ HP here, it's very likely he can just get to his E in a second and dash to the nexus, or maybe even walk up to it. It was a tank Sett, he can't find extra 500~ damage here.
In Game 3 of Worlds Finals between SKT and DRX, Faker got hit by the Azir R bug. Twice in that 1 game.
If Azir R hits enemies while he is dead, the ult simply does nothing (no damage, no CC).
This bug has been regularly happening in pro play in the recent years.
I would have hoped Riot could step up and settle it with Skinspotlights somehow - it's definitely in their own business, without his channel Riot's sales would tank significantly. But reading his comments, it doesn't seem too promising.
Starting with 14.4 I'm going to be scaling back what I do and cover.
With the extra time I don't know currently what I'll do.
Coverage will be slow, scuffed and some style of videos will be impossible for me to produce going forward

Dear League Community:
Rumble E used from 30 or 40 heat will ALWAYS be empowered.
(should be 50+)
This bug happens multiple times in EVERY SINGLE GAME where Rumble is played. In fact it is impossible not to abuse this bug.
This bug has been in the game since late 2021. 🙃
Fun or rather sad fact:
TFT currently has 3 game modes (default, hyper roll, double up) while League of Legends after 12 YEARS since release has 2 (ARAM and Summoner's Rift).
I'm wondering if someone will ever have the balls to counter Kalista with Vex bot at worlds. Vex makes Kalista absolutely miserable, but not sure if pro play teams could ever go for it.
Would be very fun to see though.
PSA: Riot broke Tryndamere E with 13.20 Patch, without any official change in the patch notes. You can only hit enemies with the middle part of your E now.
He went from 51~% WR to 42~% WR. From S+ tier to D tier.
Stay away from playing him until the hotfix x)
Here is how Maw should work:
Karthus does 600 Damage here. I have 88 MR, he has 18 pen. 70 MR is roughly 41% damage reduction. So I should take around 350~ damage. You can definitely see that Maw blocked the damage from Karthus R.
Playing URF and having 50+ seconds death timers at 15 minutes into the game is really not fun. I really wish Riot reduced them, but unfortunately it's been like that for years.
