Without a doubt, the @subarucanada Volunteer Crew was the MVP of race weekend! We're so grateful to all of the volunteers who donated their time to help make Canada's largest 10K happen 🤗

Looking to keep cool on your runs? Here are a couple of tips!. 1. Carry a wet towel around your neck and use it to wipe your face to maintain your body temp and cool down quickly. 2. Run in the mornings or late evenings, which have cooler temps and lower levels of humidity.

These speedsters suited up for the SunRype Youth Team Challenge at the 2025 Sun Run! . The SunRype Youth Team Challenge is a great way for students, teachers, sports teams, youth clubs, and groups to bond and have fun.

☀️ Make sure you dress for the heat! It's important to wear the right clothing so that you can have a safe and fun run. Wear loose, breathable clothing, a cap or @marsquest sunglasses to protect you from the sun, or sweat bands to stop the sweat from dripping in your eyes. 😎
