Haven’t posted one of these since last summer: . I still love to throw heavy stuff around & push the limits. I try to get in about six workouts a week, plus about a 3 mi walk/jog each day. when I don’t keep this routine, my mental health deteriorates quick! . what about you?!

I cannot stop thinking of how I would feel if I was one of these parents. I cannot think of a grief worse than losing a child. I pray at least some of these sweet babies make it home to their parents.

just picked up my kid from camp 2 weeks ago, I can’t imagine what the parents of these sweet little girls are walking through in these dark, damning hrs. I found through a bootmaker I follow some folks who are aiding in relief efforts locally. link in thread so this gets seen.
