We wrapped up our 8th Grade Football - Strength & Speed Camp today! This group brought the energy everyday and we were very impressed with the progress they made in the 6 weeks we were together! These guys are going to accomplish big things in the years to come!

This AM lift, first year wrestler/Starting D-line football: "man I can't believe how strong my squat still is. I guess all the lifts and wrestling we do keeps our strength". Looks like that really hurts the "I'm not wrestling I'm going to get stronger for _________".
