You can't use reason with unreasonable people but I totally agree. Unfortunately, most fans are so full of entitlement and ego that they genuinely believe that these guys owe way more than they actually do
So many people have misinterpreted this. No matter what happens on the field, good or bad, his peace doesn’t depend on it. He’s not ignoring criticism; he’s just not giving it power. He knows what actually matters, family, his kids, & keeping perspective. He’s calm and grounded

Worked it for about 5 years as an extra hand not to mention all the volunteer work(ie getting and replacing all the plumbing with my buddy for his mom shit like that) so nowhere near your level of experience but yeah ngl I always found the quiet approach best they'll die
@ValanQuade I've worked construction since 18, bout ti be 48. In our field "nice" leadership doesn't get the job done. We're simple creatures man, this shit ain't hard. But U have to balance the asshole & give a little too. People in sports have a similar personality so the "meathead" works

Quoting to keep myself on subject. You literally described tua. You know why the big plays are gone. No one since 2023 has had to respect our run game or oline. When you can rush 3-4 and get to the qb in under 2 secs or less and drop the rest into coverage those plays disappear
@ValanQuade The big plays, once the league caught up to our offense it’s never been the same. When a person walks in a room and just takes it over. Just their presence, when they speak it commands respect. Where people naturally follow and are ready to ride or die for them.

I'm ngl I wouldn't be surprised if by week 8 weaver and a few defensive players are gone. While fans are calling for mike,tua and, Grier to get fired there's a legitimate cased to be made that we're 4-1 or 3-2 if we had better defensive coaching.
Entire defense is playing too high. That’s not a Grant issue that’s a coaching issue.

Easily best of it's genre but 2025 has had a plethora of great movies across varies genres so it's pretty tough to pin them against each other in that sense IMO. Also, looks like we know what will start the next batch of riots... I mean mostly peaceful protests
