Greetings! *Throws this in your face and walks away*

We’re so back ladies and gentlemen! I got my back checked out, turns out my neck was the culprit for my pain. After a week of taking care of that, I’m (almost) back 100%. I couldn’t pick this weight up once a week ago 😅 (Any feedback with my form is appreciated too💛)

So I injured my back in October (still not sure what it was) and I let that creep into both a physical and mental block for making progress in the gym. I’m going to recover, I’m determined on that regardless of setbacks, and encourage others to do the same. Fight your battles!
