PG&E has opened a community resource center at Solano Community College Vacaville campus for people who are impacted by a PSPS. They are open on August 18 and 19 from 8:00am-10:00pm each day.

In 2015 over 300 acres burned in the Lagoon Valley area due to a fire that was started by fireworks. The conditions are extremely dry this year and we would like the community to stay safe. All fireworks, including safe and sane, are ILLEGAL within the city of Vacaville.

Training Burn Today (6/10)! Multiple Bay Area fire departments will be participating in a training burn today until 5pm on Callen Hill. Residents should anticipate drift smoke in the areas surrounding Callen, Brown Street and Browns Valley areas.

Training Burn Today! Multiple Bay Area fire departments will be participating in a training burn today until 5pm in the hills behind CMF. Residents should anticipate drift smoke in the areas surrounding Alamo Drive, California Drive, and Peabody Road.

Multiple fire departments will be participating in a training burn TOMORROW (6/9) in the hills behind CMF. Residents may see columns of smoke throughout the day during various burn periods. Weather will be monitored closely before and during the live training burns.

Vacaville residents may see smoke throughout the day during various burn periods. Residents should anticipate drift smoke on June 9 in the areas surrounding Alamo Dr, California Dr, and Peabody Rd. Drift smoke will be seen on June 10 in the Callen, Brown St & Browns Valley areas.

Multiple fire departments will be participating in a training burn on June 9 and 10 from 8 am to 5 pm both days. June 9th will be conducted in the hills behind the California Medical Facility (CMF) and June 10th will be conducted on Callen Hill between Callen St. and Allison Dr.
