1. Why should I be paying for anyone's foreign education, however poor he or she may be? 2. Is education in India so bad that it will not ensure a minimum subsistence for anyone? Since when did foreign edu become a bare minimum for any society that a govt needs to provide for it?

@JM_Scindia @TRAI @JM_Scindia @TRAI Plz act swiftly on DND. The new telecom act does not seem to have any teeth in controlling the spam call menace. Callers have employed automatic voice recordings. So none of their time is wasted but the recipient's time is absolutely wasted.

@JM_Scindia I am not sure if the government is realizing the enormity of spam call problem. I am forced to miss any calls received form unknown numbers due to this problem. I may be losing out genuine business due to this. This is eventually a revenue loss to the govt.
