Great day for Wildcat Swim and Dive. Huge shout out to our bus operator Ernest @AcademyBus .Instead of napping on bus during meet, Ernest came in and volunteered to be a backup timer. That’s Awesome!!! Many thanks Ernest.

This afternoon I had the honor and huge privilege of being a guest lecturer at a class with a group of VUnited Scholars Program members. Some great conversation about college athletics and our sport. And some great fun and laughs at the end. Great to see our swim intern Aidan.

Just finished a hectic month on the schedule. Weekends on the road (Naples, Providence, Rutgers, WVU, Penn State, then home yesterday with SprintFest).Finally a day off. What better way to spend it than…. at a meet. Simpson girls 12 and under session.
