@VOCMNightline NL has the 2nd highest personal tax burden in the country. We have the highest gas tax in the country. We have the highest tax on insurance in the country. Most NLers pay a higher portion of their salary in income tax than they would in other provinces.

@VOCMNightline 100% true. NFLD is so behind the rest of Canada in just about every way possible, and trying to bring us into the current age and up to speed with the rest of the country, for pretty much anything you can think of, is like trying to pull on a child that's dragging their feet
