MAP sea scallop researchers were awarded 4 Research Set Aside (RSA) grants from NOAA's sea scallop RSA program = $7 million dollars. These projects focus on surveying the scallop population, reducing flatfish catch, aquaculture, and understanding shell blister in scallop shells.
