Starting to think OMC really is Edwin Murray. We see OMC at a lake in an area with a bunch of trees. Like we see near MCM and the Murray/Afton mansion. We even see a red lake near the same house in COD. (slide 2 is from @StickTheNinja) (+)

Even the name "Old Man Consequences" makes sense, because as a spirit, he would be suffering consequences for the mistakes he made when he was alive. Maybe the only way Edwin can rest is if we finally stop the Mimic's violent path. (+)

I think it would be amazing if OMC were a character whose consequences were also very important to the story Henry being OMC doesn't embody this very well Neither does Ralph But Edwin, whose actions' consequences are felt in modern times, I think is the best candidate for this
