SMART goal setting becomes 2nd nature when we start young and scaffold. My @north_landing 1st gr friends and I set a goal of 3 laps in 10 min. We decided we could get there by speed walking, jogging or 🏃🏾♀️. When we reached our goal early, we pushed ourselves to keep going.
