It was one of the best projects I've worked on in TheRemoteCEO With retention-optimized editing. The results were great: 1. 35-50 booked calls a month 2. Raising the closed deals from $80K to $120K in 6 months 3. The viewers stick around till 70- 80% of the video

You're a business owner, and you wanna get booked calls. Long-form content doesn't do its job until you package it carefully. Be aware of everything cuze it's gonna affect the video anyway. (1/2)

1. Get the title to drive their curiosity 2. Get the thumbnail exaggerated a little bit, and refer to the topic of the video. 3. They ask questions in the comments, and you answer them That way, you see a growth in your channel.

Long-form content and webinars are the best way ever to educate your audience and convert them into warmed-up leads. Here are the 3 ways that help you to achieve that (1/2) P.S.: It's just a recent edit I did for a client.

To all the long-form content creators out there. Editing does have a purpose. Based on that purpose, we editors adjust: 1. Animations 2. BG music & sfx 3. Video strategy 4. Storytelling To execute that kind of purpose. PS: It's just one of the recent edits I did

For business owners in 2025 and down the road to 2026. If you asked an editor to edit a long-form video, and it did happen that he/she didn't ask about what the video was for. Just RUN, because the video's gonna fail anyway.🤷 PS: This is just a recent trial edit

From the titles and the thumbnails to the lead magnet and monitoring the commentators to see that the algorithms are doing their job. (2/2) (human algorithm I mean, not the YT algorithm) P.S.: What do you think of the edit I recently made?

Client: We wanna get 10 warmed-up leads. But I don't want to shock them with too many zooms. Just make it clean and neat. Me: ok If you're a business coach. You need an editor or want an editor, you know what to do 👍😅

Editing has 4 pillars. You're gonna take some time to learn them because it doesn't happen overnight. 1. Animation ( 25% of the video) 2. A-roll (25% of the video) 3. Music and Sfx (50% of the video) Once you put the right video strategy using them, it gets results.

You wanna get there faster with your long-form content. Avoid the curiosity gap perception: instead of going like setup>tension> payoff. You go like setup>tension>curiosity 1,2,3,4 &5> payoff. The viewer gets confused, and the retention drops.

If you wanna make your editing work, you must first start with stunning effects for the intro (20% of the timeline) Then go on with a good video strategy (80% of the timeline).

What's retention-optimized editing? It's simply the type of editing that: 1. Keep your viewers hooked in the 1st 30 secs. 2. Doesn't have exit points 3. Get you more leads. 4. Get you more sales.
