Caught the sunrise over Tidewater this morning leaving Dulles.

The outcome was not favorable but very proud of our boys.

Keion Carpenter would have been 48 today. He led the #Hokies in INTs in 1997 and 1998, led the @BuffaloBills in INTs in 2000 and led the @AtlantaFalcons in INTs in 2002 and 2003. In 2005 he founded The Carpenter House to help disadvantaged families. #RIP #GoneTooSoon 💔

Tough loss against Potomac Falls on Friday and @FSR_Varsity_FB is now 5-3 on the season. I had 4 TKLs and some QB Hurries on defense and was dominant on OL again. No sacks allowed and we sprang some big runs to my side. Proud of my teammates for playing hard the whole game.
