Whole house American football, garden tennis, basketball challenges, sitting around the bbq enjoying the sounds of the 2025 leavers’ gift and other house games all enjoyed on a leisurely Saturday evening.

New boys’ lunch is always a special day! Boys joining Meadhurst in September were welcomed to the house on Friday and seemed right at home playing a game of deceit and collusion, ‘Farmers and Werewolves’, and some house garden cricket. Many ice creams were enjoyed too!

It was the double double for this member of the U6th as he defended his Javelin and Shot put titles! He threw a staggering 44.75m in the former, setting a new personal best. 🥇🥇
There were some fantastic performances at the Leicestershire and Rutland County Athletics Championships yesterday with 4 pupils winning gold medals. #forthegamechangers

A great sporting week for a member of the L6th! He attended England hockey trials over the half term break and hit a scintillating 37-ball 45 for the 1st XI against the MCC today. 🏑🏏🏑🏏

House spirit was shown by many over the weekend but a particular well done to this tired chap who qualified for the 200m, ran in the brutal Paarlauf, competed in tug of war and entered the house swimming event. 👏👏👏
