Emergency Care Assistants should be paid properly for the job they do and shouldn't be expected to carry out the duties of a higher-banded role whilst on lower pay. Sign our petition to call on @swasFT to re-band ECAs to band 4.

UNISON has found that many emergency care assistants are routinely taking on the work of band 4 profiles, but being paid at band 3. This needs to stop.
