This is so disappointing. A hospitality brand should know better, period stains are natural, and empathy should come before profit. Turning a guest’s discomfort into a cash grab is just bad service.
Can’t believe George Residence Ikoyi charged me ₦60,000 for a bedsheet because my period came unexpectedly. Travel stress messed up my cycle, something completely natural, and instead of showing empathy, they turned it into a money grab.
