Since when was supervisors working a specific shop stewards issue and not a union issue? I can't believe I was sho'd away from a shop Steward over this. Thats just ridiculous. Supervisors working is a UNION ISSUE.

For doing my job I get accused of stealing time, insubordination and working against my health and safety.... when I've been complaining for weeks about my health and safety at work due to coworkers... I always work as directed and try to stay safe. Lmao. Retaliation maybe? 🤔

If they posted the whole movie in one post they’d have to pay a residual to the cast & writer & director. By breaking it into short chunks, even still posting it all, they can abuse a contract loophole intended for playing clips on talk shows.

Its sad thinking about the strike that could have been, the gains we could have gotten with the climate of the last 5 years. Part timers deserve more then just a little more money.

All these people vote for money rather then their rights. Would you be a slave for $1M no matter the task? I wouldnt do shit if they offered me 1M in cash. Always have it recorded or witnessed. Whatever they tell you is most likely a lie.

Have a SINGLE PERSON in your department have the contract. NEVER GIVE IT TO MANAGEMENT. If they want to see it or make an argument, they can look online. THST BOOK IS MEANT TO PROTECT YOU AND UNION MEMBERS ONLY, NOT THE COMPANY. HOLD ONTO TBAT BOOK LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

No matter what the results are, remember as ups Teamsers we are the ones to ENFORCE the contract. If this goes through, or not and we get another, no matter what contract we get; WE MUST ENFORCE IT. Its apart of the fun in being a union, fighting back against management.
