As a father to us all, we cry out to you for urgent intervention. Please do not allow inefficiencies to stain your good name. We trust in your leadership and believe you will take swift action to resolve these issues.

Sir, our friends in other institutions do not experience these difficulties, despite paying lower fees than we do. This raises an important question: why do we pay so much for a system that does not serve us effectively?

Students who transferred from one department to another have been waiting for months for their records to be updated, yet nothing has changed.

Our parents constantly ask for updates on our academic performance, but we are unable to provide them because the portal remains inaccessible or unresponsive, coupled with the fact that the results are not even uploaded on the portal in the first place.

If we already pay ICT charges of ₦10,000, why must we still be charged an additional ₦5,000 for portal access every session? Even more disheartening is that the portal does not allow us to access our results.

Many of us face serious challenges in making tuition fee payments. At times, we successfully pay through Remita, yet the payment fails to reflect on our portal. Despite presenting valid receipts, we find ourselves visiting the ICT department for weeks without any solution.

We write this letter not out of disrespect but from a place of deep frustration and genuine concern. The student portal, which was promised to be a seamless and efficient platform, has instead become a source of endless stress and disappointment for us at the University of Ilesa.
