Had some friends struggling tonight. I know life is hard. And when you make mistakes and hurt others you feel unredeemable. But never forget you can always work to make things right. You can rebuild bridges. Youâre loved by someone out there. Be safe.

That we want you to seek help. To get better. We love you without the drink. We donât want to lose you for the momentary happiness that alcohol can bring you. Nothing is wrong with drinking from time to time. This isnât aimed at those people. Itâs aimed at those struggling.

One of my closest friends from tech school sadly drank himself to death to the point where when he finally quit his immune system and body was so damaged he couldnât survive. I bring this up not to hurt. Or vent. Or judge anyone struggling. But to say the world is better with you.

When I was in school still. A drunk driver took the life of one of my closest friends and it still bothers me to this day. Itâs the reason I never met my grandpa. He died before I was born due to drinking. Many members of my family, even now, struggle with it.
