Venue and artist claim quick sell outs but they don't tell you they send > 20% of the inventory (unsold primary seats) directly for consignment on the big resale sites such as Stub Hub, Seat Geek, Tick Pick et. al. Great deals on the back end for those who wait. Prime locations.

Lets assume 1,500 tickets at an average price of $150 for at least 18/24 sessions have sat available. That's over four million in lost retail. People love this tournament BUT they apparently don't like the games with ticketing. Lets do better going forward @CincyTennis.

It's been a ridiculously good #PaysToWait buyer's market for the aforementioned reasons. Maybe sell more "packages" or stop being so bloodthirsty with your ticketing partners and the dynamic scheme. @atptour @WTA.
