There's only two ways these Billy changes will go down. We're either gonna see Billy get a huge nerf that no one asked for (again), or we're gonna see an insane buff that'll probably make a lot of people hate playing against him.

I don't get it. Most of the PTB feedback (including most liked ones) in the forums when it came to Billy changes was to "make the chainsaw sound a little quieter cause its too loud." Instead, all we're getting are a couple of addon changes. This doesn't make sense to me.

As much as I love that we’re getting Billy changes next patch, I do feel like its best to know what they are instead of teasing it, considering BHVR’s bad history with Billy changes these past few years from a broken FOV, to a full rework that added overheat.
Hopefully its good.

So there's currently a small bug with Billy when you bump with his chainsaw.
After the chainsaw bump animation, you move a bit slowly for half a second and then go back to normal. This never happened before the update.
