Best thing I ever did was TRT but also getting a functional medical professional, be it a doctor or NP, that I see every quarter. More accessible and affordable than a standard MP and no rigmarole with insurance. Pricing is reasonable and they will treat for things normal.

The things women like to do, most men don’t, and vice versa. You’re ahead of the game if you willingly go do things women do, whether that be dancing, clubs, yoga, Pilates, cooking, etc. Logistics matters in dating. Go to where the women are.
