Different approaches. Bay wanted the Transformers to feel real and heavy, Knight wanted it to feel like a cartoon, One wanted to play with the transformations, and i think all the three of them nail on what they want to do.
You don’t realize how bad the fight scenes in the Bay movies are until you compare them to the choreography of Bumblebee & Transformers One. These movies ate the whole plate.
