Squash-merge works wonders when PRs are small and self-contained (e.g. Trunk Based Development). However, when teams start branching off branches, merging becomes a conflict mess.
Unpopular opinion: All PRs should be sqash-merged, no exceptions If you care about the individual commits on your branch making it into main then your PR is too big or poorly scoped.

Musk had an EXCELLENT PR team who for years sold us an image of a brilliant, eccentric inventor. He even bought himself cameos on The Simpsons and Big Bang Theory. But he's just a rich kid who used his dad's Apartheid money to invest in tech & take credit for other people's work.

Not even if hell freezes over. Banks have existed for what, a thousand years? Banks work together with governments to control all sources of power, they won't vanish in 20 years 🤣🤣🤣 Ofc banks can adopt Blockchain and it's happening, but that's another history.
Banks will no longer exist in any recognizable form. Real estate transactions will take place on the blockchain. The blockchain will make elections more secure and transparent by assigning an id to each voter and easily keeping track of those votes.

Complete bullshit. ~15 years ago MMOs such as WoW, RS, SL were closest thing to successful metaverses developed with passion to bring people together and achieve common goals. Metaverses now are heartless attempts with no goal except making the rich richer. Doomed to fail.
The metaverse will become fundamental to everyday existence. The average person will use the metaverse as much as people use the internet and smartphones today.
