It all started a little over 3.5 years ago, my son developed an interest in @Blender . After spending 4-5 months learning, he was eager to share what he had learned with others at @aditi_n_ratnesh where he made a strong case to start a Blender Club.

Advay, my 14-year-old son had applied for a grant from @FOSSUnited for building a 6-episode series on Blender Basics in Kannada. The grant was approved last week. Soon as he received the first tranche, he made a donation to @Blender before starting work!

At IndiaFOSS, @nileshtrivedi let me test drive this. Just ask their WhatsApp bot to build an app by sending in a description, wait for a couple of minutes, and you will get a link where a fully functional app is hosted for you to use. It works like magic.

There are a lot of resources available for open source maintainers but most "collections" are aimed at contributors/users. I'm putting together a list of resources for FOSS maintainers - governance, compliance, licensing, documentation, funding etc. https://t.co/1zcDKu2M3f

If you're facing failure & feeling negativity from others, don't take it personally. It's just a quirk of being human. Let people express themselves, don't hold grudges. It’s just the "human firmware" acting up.

Failure or setbacks trigger uncomfortable feelings in people, leading to anger, criticism, comparison, or negativity. It’s not personal, it’s just human nature. Like yawning contagiously, we mirror discomfort around us without fully understanding why.

Is it just me or was the volume just a bit too loud in #KantaraChapter1 ? Was it just the theatre I went to, or is it across the board?

In June 2000, 23 companies signed a commitment to move to Linux, no matter what. If the commercial software vendors refused to provide Linux support, key companies agreed to offer executables and keys to their proprietary software to visual effects and animation studios.

@gulshandevaiah - Absolutely loved your work in Kantara! You just know how to nail the brief in every character you portray. What a role! Even the Kannada you spoke was spot on! Hope to see more of you on screen.

Watched #KantaraChapter1 yesterday. What a spectacle! For sure, it has pushed the boundaries of telling visually rich stories. Top-notch performances in every department. Although, too many story-tracks. I'll watch it a couple more times to grasp it all. Wife & son loved it!
