I don’t think you know the difference between the word “best” and the word “worst”.
Worst recruiting advice ever heard was: pick a school as if lacrosse wasn’t an option. — If playing lacrosse is a massive part of who you are, you’re playing lacrosse in college. You want to be in a locker room. You want to be on bus trips. You want to compete.

Recruits should know that "D1" doesn't mean better than "D2". Many D2 schools are loaded with players with "D1 talent". @SetonHillLax freshman @ojmorris1333 did some amazing things in HS at @coffmanlacrosse. The guy can play. 🍀🥍💪

Reminder that it takes 1sec to throw a ball at a wall & catch it. 100 reps each hand is about 3.5 min. Approx 10min you could do about 300 reps each hand. Even just 5/7 days that’s 1500 reps per side, and takes less than an hour out of your week #hitthewall

The @YaleLacrosse defense brought out their famous ‘head sleeves’ again this fall. The sleeves help focus on keeping the head on a swivel since peripheral vision is gone. 👀👂🗣
