Throw big or go home. Ralford Mullings of @OU_Track decided to throw BIG at the Oklahoma Throws Series No. 30 this past weekend in Ramona, Oklahoma. Mullings launched the disc 72.01m (236-3) to become the second collegian to ever eclipse 72 meters.

Not five. Not seven. Nikki Boon, who competed for @EmoryXCTF this past academic year, won the women's world decathlon title this past weekend at the SPIRE Institute. Boon amassed 7451 points across the ten events in Geneva, Ohio.
