I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the meteorologists, broadcasters, and the National Weather Service for their service during Friday’s tornadoes. Their outstanding work helped save lives and keep our communities safe.

should stick to its core mission of regulating financial markets and get out of its newfound hobby of dabbling in climate alarmism.

America’s farmers and ranchers, not the federal government, are our country’s greatest conservationists.
Nebraska’s counties overwhelmingly oppose 30 x 30, and I’ll never stop fighting to keep federal agencies out of the way of America’s ag producers.

Great to be with ACA International this morning. It’s time to reform the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and to stop its persecution of America’s job creators.
Our next round of severe weather will arrive Tuesday afternoon and evening. Very large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes are all possible. Keep a close eye on the forecast and have a plan for severe weather.
Also, there is the threat of thunderstorms this afternoon/evening. Even if severe weather doesn't occur in your area, watch out for lightning today! Don't wait for the rain to begin, head indoors at the first sign of lightning approaching your location.
With storm cleanup well underway, please be careful out there! Cleanup slowly, taking breaks to avoid straining your body. Be very careful with chainsaws and other power tools.
