As we celebrate #YouthDay this week, we honor the energy, creativity & leadership of young people in #LDCs, #LLDCs & #SIDS; home to fast-growing youth populations. The #LLDC3 Youth Forum proved it - when youth lead, we get bold ideas, fearless voices & shared solutions!

It was a sheer delight to meet the youngest members of Team Turkmenistan in Awaza #LLDC3. Carrying back beautiful memories of our momentous time in Awaza, made more special by the warm and gracious hospitality, the affection & kindness of every Turkmen! Thank you Turkmenistan!

A pleasure to meet @asadmk17 , Sec-Gen of the Economic Cooperation Org. We discussed the critical role of regional cooperation in tackling #LLDCs’ unique challenges. I welcomed ECO’s continued support for trade, connectivity & infrastructure; key to advancing #APoA.

Great discussion with @AIIB_Official President Jin Liqun on advancing the #APoA & the vital role of sustainable infrastructure, trade facilitation & regional integration in unlocking the potential of #LLDCs. @UNOHRLLS looks forward to deepening this collaboration.

A pleasure to meet with Uzbekistan🇺🇿’s Min of Agriculture Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov, on the margins of #LLDC3 in Awaza. We had a great discussion on opportunities to strengthen resilience, food systems & sustainable agri partnerships as we move to implement the #APoA.

2/3 The women & girls of #LLDCs are waiting for change. With priority areas that prioritise economic empowerment, digital access & inclusive governance, the #APoA provides a clear roadmap to make that change real.

1/3 An honour to speak at #LLDC3 Women Leaders’ Forum alongside 🇹🇲Speaker of Parliament Dunyagozel Gulmanova & Chairperson of 🇹🇯’s Committee for Women Affairs Bunafsha Faiziddinzoda.Together, we reaffirmed: no sus-dev is possible w/o the full,equal participation of women & girls.

A pleasure & honour to meet 🇧🇹 Min for Foreign Affairs, HE Lyonpo Dina Nath Dhungyel, on the sidelines of #LLDC3. We discussed Bhutan’s priorities following graduation from the #LDC category & in the implementation of the #APoA. I look forward to continued collaboration.
