CASE UPDATE Carlos Verduzco-Muniz assaulted a Texas Guardsman working with Border Patrol near Rio Grande City. He pled guilty to 18 USC 111 and got 15 months in federal prison. Assault our Military or Border Patrol → face prosecution & hard time. The border is not open.
