At the conclusion of Basic Training, the @USArmy's newest Soldiers move on to #AIT where they will learn their specific MOS before arriving at their first unit of assignment. On average, we graduate 120,000 Soldiers across the three components to the operational Army.

Over the past 96-hours Drill Sergeants from across the @USArmy and @USArmyReserve were challenged on their ability to coach, teach, and mentor the next generation of Army warfighters. This grueling job interview will culminate with the new #DSOY announced on our facebook at 11.
