Bankruptcy Judge William Lafferty III was reappointed to a 2nd 14-year term to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern Dist. of CA. First appointed to the bankruptcy court in 2011, he has served on the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel since 2016.
