The UP National Engineering Center celebrated its 46th Anniversary on February 2, 2024, at the Juinio Hall quadrangle. The simple but joyous celebration gathers the management and staff of NEC and its constituent centers; NCTS, NHRC, TCAGP, BRS, and PHILCESS.
