🌳 I was very moved to see the Meranti Tembaga tree I planted in 2014 at @CIFOR_ICRAF has grown to 30 metres, halfway to its full height! It stands as living symbol of our shared commitment to sustainability, biodiversity and a resilient future in Asia and the Pacific.

Great visit to @CIFOR_ICRAF to see how science & community action are transforming coastal resilience. In #AsiaPacific, blue carbon ecosystems like mangroves are vital. Through our partnership, we’re building local capacity and unlocking finance for climate solutions.

At #AsiaXChange 2025, I highlighted that over 3 decades, #AsiaPacific has driven global growth and lifted millions from poverty. Our shared future now depends on how we lead the green, energy, digital & demographic transitions, with ambition, equity and urgency. @RockefellerFdn
