Deeply concerned about the communities in the Caribbean affected by Hurricane Melissa. Health systems and protection services are severely disrupted. @UNFPA is providing urgent support for women and girls, deploying mobile health teams and emergency supplies.

I condemn the shocking attack carried out at El Fasher Maternity Hospital in #Sudan. Hospitals, meant to be sanctuaries of healing and hope, have been turned into scenes of mass killing and despair. The world must not stand silent. My statement:
