Four suspects of Examination Malpractice have been remanded to Mpigi Prison till February 1, 2023. The suspects include Mukasa Desire, Bbuye Francis Philemon, Ssebuuma Frank, Ssebuma Frank and others still at large.

It is alleged that between 8th and 9th of November 2022, the suspects were in possession of electrical examination material/ information and were equally involved in electrical transmission of the same.
They have been charged with aiding and abetting examination malpractice, contrary to Section 36 of the UNEB Act 2021. They are also charged with another account of examination material/ information contrary to section 25 of the UNEB Act.
