Let’s kick it on the Northwest Cary Turf Field in the family-friendly kickball game! All levels are welcome! Ages 6 and up may attend, ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a parent. No sign-up is required. Sunday, June 25, 9:15-10:15 am. Feel free to drop in anytime during the event.

Our Summer Squat Challenge starts TOMORROW! Each day, from June 11-24, there will be a different style squat to be completed. Once you’ve completed 10 reps of the daily squat, you can pick up a paper flower or bee to write your name and what you love about your body.
