The CED Alumni Panel is always a high point for the first year PhD students. This year, alums shared the many varied ways they have used their PhD in their careers - in academe and other settings. They shared fun stories and offered sage advice for the students' success.

Congrats to Hilary, PhD student, for being selected as one of the NBCC Minority Fellow recipients. Among many impactful activities, as a Fellow, Hilary is expanding the amount of low-cost, affirming counseling services they provide for transgender and gender diverse individuals.

Dr. Jones was a welcomed guest for the PhD clinical supervision class. She shared her expertise around addressing broaching in supervision, including insightful & specific approaches they can use to enhance supervisees' broaching skills with clients during practicum & internship.
