This morning staff at @INTO_Manchester took their first-ever strike action. Staff have been offered just 2% — a real-terms pay cut — management has refused to return to the table for direct talks. Despite repeated requests since our last meeting in May. #PayUpINTO @ucu @DrJoGrady
