Plant Science PhD student Uday Kumar is coming up with innovative solutions to combat dollar spot disease from harming turf grass and golf courses. Uday adapted a remote controlled lawn mower with a UV-C light to zap turf grass using ultraviolet rays that can kill dollar spot.
