Chag Pesach Sameach, Terps!. Terps past have written about the holiday Passover for years in Mitzpeh, the UMD Jewish student publication. In 1997, the April 1st cover for the Passover edition was this incredible drawing of a turtle carrying several items from a Seder plate!

24 years ago today the Pride Alliance asked the campus to “Wear Jeans if You Are Gay,” prompting students to confront the discomfort they might feel by being perceived as gay. We have a new blog post up about this Gay Jeans Day on Terrapin Tales at the link in our bio!
