Important Dates: Competition Start Date: 17th June, 2023- 10AM Submission Deadline: 21st June, 2023- 8PM Winners Announcement: 22nd June- 12PM You can choose to participate in either one, or both of the competitions. Just make sure you abide by all the rules and timelines.

Evaluation: Winners will be based on the number of likes the reel/poster received so please make sure you share it to your friends and family. Announcement will be made on our social media platform.

Submission Guidelines: Upload your reel and poster on Instagram or Facebook. Tag @ukircs on instagram and @uttarakhandredcross on facebook and mention Indian Red Cross Society, Uttarakhand in your post description.

b) Poster Making: Design an impactful and visually appealing poster highlighting the essence of humanity through yoga. It is compulsory for you to add our red cross logo in your poster. The poster should be made by hand and picture is to be taken. Digital poster is not allowed

RULES TO BE FOLLOWED : a) Reel Making: Create a short video reel (30 sec-1 minute) showcasing your interpretation of the theme "Humanity." Feel free to use your imagination, creativity, and yoga as a medium to convey your message effectively.

Competition Details: Theme: The theme for the competition is "Humanity." We encourage participants to reflect upon the innate human qualities of kindness, empathy, respect, and solidarity in their creations.

It will be a 3-day quiz, starting on the 12th of June at 2:30 pm and will end on the 14th of June. You all are requested to attempt the quiz, and all the participants will be awarded a certificate from the Indian Red Cross Society and BITS Pilani.

“Give blood, give plasma, share life, share often” is the slogan of World Blood Donor's Day 2023. On this occasion, IRCS Uttarakhand along with students from BITS Pilani have organized an online quiz on the importance of Blood Donation and the stigmas associated with it.

We formally invite you to participate in the open for all nationwide quiz with an expectancy of over 1500+ members.
