The RSCH Audiology team have worked tirelessly over the past 6 months, successfully increasing clinical capacity to 95% using PFIS tools including Standard Work, 5S, Status Sheets and Improvement Huddles as Business as Usual. Incredible dedication to improvement! 👍 @UHSussex
