I really enjoyed the variety of art styles and color pallets gathered in this collection. The use of the anthology format allows for a diverse and holistic view into this topic, and facilitates perspective taking for the readers.

The book offers practical strategies for overcoming self-sabotaging behaviors. Inspired by the author's advice that small changes can lead to significant growth, I made a simple adjustment to a habit I wish I had changed long ago.

I particularly loved Sophie’s sidekick, Chocolat the teddy bear, who pointed out red flags, provided a humorous commentary, and supported Sophie when she needed someone to lean on in the narrative. We all need a Chocolat in our lives!

"So Much for Love: How I Survived a Toxic Relationship" by Sophie Lambda is a graphic novel that looks at intimate partner violence in a raw way. The author notes, “I’m sharing what I learned. I never said I was a role model. I’m doing my best, man.” @uflib #GraphicMedicineMonday
